HNDLRBACK

TERMS OF SERVICE

LAST UPDATED 21 AUGUST 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and HNDLR. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Who can use HNDLR

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.

Your subscription

HNDLR is sold as a subscription on Regular and Pro plans, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and your payment method is charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Except where the law of your country requires otherwise, payments already taken are not refundable. If a payment fails, we may keep your access open briefly while the payment is retried, and suspend it if the payment does not succeed.

Your content stays yours

Everything you put into HNDLR — your contacts, campaigns, invoices, trips and files — belongs to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it so the service can work for you. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for the content you enter, including having a lawful basis for holding other people's contact details, and for making sure it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

Acceptable use

Do not use HNDLR to break the law, to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to store or transmit malicious code, to attack or overload the service, to reverse engineer or resell it, or to access anyone else's account. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Invoicing is a tool, not accounting advice

HNDLR generates invoices from the details you supply and tracks the numbers you enter. It is not an accountant, a bookkeeper or a tax adviser. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, for your VAT and tax obligations, and for the correctness of the bank details you put on them. Check every invoice before you send it.

AI and mapping features

Place suggestions, restaurant recommendations, distances and travel times are generated by third-party services and by AI. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Treat them as suggestions and verify anything that matters before you rely on it.

Availability

We work to keep HNDLR available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided as-is, and we depend on third-party providers whose outages are outside our control. We may change or discontinue features; if we make a significant change that materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HNDLR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits or lost business, or for loss of data beyond what our backups hold. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using HNDLR at any time and delete your account from inside the app — see Delete your account. Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore your data afterwards. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to close.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will notify you in the app or by email about significant changes. Continuing to use HNDLR after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HNDLR is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. If your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, that right is unaffected.
