DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your HNDLR account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not keep a backup copy you can ask us to restore.
Delete it from the app
Open HNDLR and sign in, tap the settings icon, scroll to the Account section, and choose Delete. You will be asked to type the word DELETE to confirm. Once you confirm, your account and data are removed and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed from our database: your login and profile, your profile photo, your contacts, campaigns and campaign costs, invoices, calendar events, trips and trip itineraries, product seedings, borrowed items, message templates, your yearly stats, your saved app preferences, and your invoicing details including business address, VAT or trade licence number and bank details (IBAN and BIC).
What happens to your subscription
If you have an active subscription it is cancelled as part of the deletion, so you are not billed again. Payments already taken are not automatically refunded. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own record of past transactions because tax and accounting law requires it — that record sits with Stripe, not in your HNDLR account, and we cannot delete it.
What we may keep, and why
Invoices you already sent by email have left our system and live in the recipient's mailbox; we cannot recall them. Server logs may briefly retain technical records such as IP addresses and error traces before they roll off on their normal retention schedule. Anonymous, non-personal caches — for example a cached list of restaurants near a map location — contain no information about you and are not tied to your account.
If you can't sign in
If you have lost access to your account and cannot use the in-app control, email management@hananonymous.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete it within 30 days.
